I had ordered a * seater dining set from Vikinterio website. I had also called the number mentioned and the person named Vikram showed me the dining set on a video call that he said he will deliver within *-* days. But it has been well over a month now as the order was placed on February **th and today is March **th ****. After taking the full payment, they have become unresponsive and whenever I try to call, he switches off the phone.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
