Paytm Mall - Product not delivered but company saying delivered

On *th sep I recieved msg that my order will be delivered on same day and later I got msg that order delieverd, I did not recieved any call on than so raised this to paytm customer care on *th sep that i have not recieved my package later they replied me with Pod saying kindly check and confirm if it’s belongs to you and same day they I replied no it’s to me as i have not recieved my package and they replied saying you confirmed that Pod is not belongs to you so will investigate. after sending multiple reminder and calling them multiple times now they came back saying it delivered to you apartment security and am not staying in any apartment so how they can deliver to security and same thing I replied to them. So now they are saying when sent you Pod you didn’t replied within * days and I have all proof that I replied same day when then sent me Pod saying it’s not belongs to me. I have attached complete chat with paytm and please help for this froud case as this paytm thinks we customer are fool
