Byjus ias - product not delivered as promised

I have purchased the IAS product of Byju' s ,which said that there will be a tablet of Lenovo which would have recorded lectures and a mentorship program which offers a mentor who will be guiding through the preparation, But the Tab stopped working just after a month of the purchase and the mentor was not made available to me after one month of purchase, I have been complaining about the same to Byju's support team from last* months and every time they are saying we will get back to you in next ** hours ,I am paying my EMIs on time every month and July would be the last month for the EMIs and I am worried once the period of EMIs are over then they wont even entertain my calls.
