Shopclues.com - Product not delivered and payment not refunded

I ordered two products
*. travel tooth brush holder box case order no********* costs rs. ***/- and
*. * pcs tooth brush cover case amounts rs. ***/- ( ***+** as shipping charges) order no. *********.
Me and my family were out of station from **rd to **th june'**. As Nobody was at home, shopclues had refund the payment of order no. ********* but the status for order no. ********* showing product delivered but i have not received the product yet. Even i didnt get any call or msg from courier company . How is it possible that nobody is at home and one product is received and another one is not received. one product's payment is refunded without any return request by me and *nd product is received but by whom as nobody is at home. I hv all proof regarding this that we r out of station . I launch many complaints regarding this to support team but they are continuously closed all my complaints. This is totally fraud company and harrassing the customers by taking payment online and does not delivered the product to consumer and not refund the payment to consumers. This shopping site is cheated the consumers and harrassing them. I want my money back as they didnt delivered the product to me. I tried many times to contact on no. *********** but everytime the recorded msg that they will call me in next * hour. But till date no call is received from their call center. This company make fools to customers. Pl. Help me . I will never take a risk by shopping from this fraud company.
