I have purchased Mobile Asus Zenfone Max Pro M* as per offer on website. As per order process I paid the payment as required. After payment I have received order confirmation email. But I have not received my ordered product. After four days of order they show order unfulfilled on website. When written by mail they have not replied yet. But no details are updated on portal and not received nay reply for email.
I think they are cheating the people showing online offers and not supplying the product. They have not provided customer complaint no on portal. Kindly help.
