I have a purchase mobile Realme c* as per order process I paid the Rs.**** payment as required. After payment I have received order confirmation email. But I have not received my ordered product. But no details are updated on portal.
I think they are cheating the people showing online offers and not supplying the product they have not provided customer complaints no on portal.
Kindly help me.
