I placed an online order for jackets from Rayonbay on ** November **** and paid ₹**** via Paytm UPI.
It has been more than one month, but the product has not been delivered and no tracking details were shared.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
