It's been ** Days since I have paid for my order on Rayonbay.com. There is no update or communication regarding delivery of my package. I found that many customers have reported the same scam from the Rayonbay company. There is no customer support, Contact number is invalid & no response through email as well, plus now there website also stopped working.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
