On *th of June my services were down i raised a complaint and a technician visit is scheduled for next day but no one came not even pick up the call not even replied on mail and now technician visit scheduled for **th of June who is goona pay for these * days of my recharge why I would pay for this because of their negligence I want complete refund of my recharge and my time that was waisted because of their negligence just take away your box and refund my security deposit and all .
