MS Ansari filed complaint against Wakefit on Dec 3, 2024
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the non-delivery of my order placed on *th November **** through Flipkart, with a payment of ₹**,*** made in advance. The original delivery date was **th November ****, but as of today, **th November ****, the product has still not been delivered.
On **th November, I received an email from your team assuring me that the product would be delivered by the promised date. Furthermore, I personally called your customer support team to remind them about the delivery, and I was assured that the product would be delivered that day without fail. However, the product remains undelivered, and no meaningful action has been taken to resolve this issue.
It has come to my notice that the product has been sitting at the DTDC Darbhanga hub for over ** days without any progress. Despite being informed of this situation, neither your courier partner nor your team has taken decisive steps to address the delay. This not only demonstrates poor coordination but also a lack of respect for the value of your customers' time and money. I required double money for refund.
