Pepperfry.com - Product not delivered

I placed the order for * sets of Crystal polycarbonate plastic chairs (*********). One set is delivered on time and the *nd set is past the delivery date. I placed an order on **th Feb, promised delivery date is **-**th Mar. I have been calling them from **th Mar every day to check the status, every day they used to say that it will be delivered by **th Mar and only on the evening of **th Mar, they said that the product shows on the system as in warehouse Pune while the delivery is in Bangalore. Multiple calls every day and escalations didn’t yield anything, a lot of mental torture and false promises from the customer care with no result. This is the *nd instance in last * month, I placed the order for * products and still didn’t received the refund for a product they delivered only half of the parts (*********). Too many calls to them every day with a limited response for them. What concerns me is that they simply ask to wait and take no action. But takes advance payment for the products. Appreciate if you can help resolve my complaints with them, I am very frustrated and tired by calling them.
