shiprocket consignment - Product not delivered

Hello,
I reached out Loving crafts to create potrait for my sister as a gift. They accepted the order the same day on *th and shared the Shiprocket info that it will be delivered soon. I am following up everyday since then but everyday i receive msg that its out of delivery and delivery failed. I have given my teo contacts number to call and has not received a single call from courier person confirming any thing. Without talking to me without confirming location if there is any issue there, they are putting status everyday that delivery failed. Like seriously Am i mad sitting over here. Am i not understanding what they are doing. This is completely kaamchrori ok. My product which is a gift for someone showing with and failed status near my home somewhere in hub but not getting delivered since *th. Its been ** days where they promised that it will deliver in *,* days. What the hell is going on. I want to talk to somebody who can discuss with me. Am sitting with no communication these many days here which is pissing me off. What a terrible service from everywhere. This is so embarrassing that i thought gifting something to my sister and this happened with me. Such a bad worst experience with Loving craft/Ship rocket. I would never ever recommend this to any one in my life.
