I have booked one parcel containing artificial jwellery to be delivered to a pincode ******.
When I try to book the parcel the pincode is showing deliverable but when Fedex took the parcel and after some days it is showing on Ship rocket's portal that it is out of delivery Area.
I have called shiprocket customer care and they told me that some areas are not deliverable for a pincode though this is showing deliverable in their application and they told me to ask customer to pickup from a address. I thought they will give a reasonable address for pickup but after some days they provide a pickup address which is unreasonable by customer to collect from there.
I have requested them to refund me the courier charge and return the product but they are not paying any attention.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
