I order Apple watch se from flipkart on Oct *th , it was promised it would be delivered by Oct *th, I had ordered straps for same watch in the same order. the delivery of watch kept on getting postponed. I had to call them each and every day for updates, there was absolutely no transparency. Finally after a month of dragging it, they said the seller has to cancel the order and we cannot do anything but seller would give rs. **** worth gift card. I had to cancel the order after a month of waiting, calling everyday.
I had spent **** for the straps of the watch which are useless now, i had to pay interest and emi conversion charges as i couldn’t cancel the emi because i had ordered straps for the watch in the same order.
So, in totality i had to spend **** rs. and also wait one whole month and spend *hr everyday calling customercare for absolutely nothing
