mivi collar 2 neck band - Product no replace yet

I have order collar * in feb and its was not working and return it on **th Feb, they receive parcel on **th Feb,today is **th March still they're saying that product is in under testing process and there's no confirmation that when I will get the product,I don't know what they're checking into that,they replace that product but they complicated this issue.there customer care service is very unprofessional and pathetic, I want my product and will never purchase anything from them ,they are not prompt And just paying the youtubers to promote their products but that youtubers don't know what they actually do with the customer. I want my product on time.
