My flowerapp - Product no delivered

On **th May, **** I ordered Item: Adorable Flower Bouquet from MyFlowerApp .com on occasion of Mother's day for my mother who lives alone in South Kolkata. I paid Rs. *** and the order was supposed to be delivered the same day as per the website. It's been the next day now and the order is still not delivered. Tracking on the other says it's still being processed. I have tried to reach out to their customer service but their number is inactive. I have tried to email them multiple times but no response has been provided yet. So basically there is no way to reach them. The only opportunity to make my mother happy on mother's day is ruined and I have also suffered mental stress and financial losses. I am submitting my complaint in voxya in hopes that I can get my money back and more people are aware about such fraudulent companies.
