my flowerapp - money deducted and order cancelled

swathi filed complaint against my flowerapp on Aug 20, 2023

We just paid full amount and then we got a message as order cancelled and no information of refund also.
There is no response from the application side even. We have ordered it again as its an emergency basis. After few hours, they gave a call saying that the products ae unavailable. So its not good to take this kind of experience from this company.
