It has been more than ** days since I placed the order but the website still shows me that it is under processing. Even after transaction the status of the order did not change. I needed it on an urgent basis and now I'm helpless. They don't even have a proper platform for filing a complaint or looking into the matter. Emails and Insta dms aren't reverted and my money PRACTICALLY stuck. terrible service from a brand that claims so much.
