Myntra - Product missing from the package and denied refund

I got robbed by myntra and the dispute guy had the audacity to say I have been denied refund or replacement and he won't further investigate the matter. I have given your app lacs of rupees in business over the years. You are going to not only loose a valid customer over ****/- merchandise of theft but someone who has influenced and encouraged multiple people to buy from your website - I will make sure everyone knows about the injustice that has happened against me. I think you should return my money if this business is ethical at all. It's appalling that you guys leave a valued customer helpless and robbed. Shame on u!!!!
