Myntra - Product missing from inside the box and Myntra not accepting responsibility

I bought a Samsung fit band from Myntra. When I recieved the parcel, I clearly checked the Myntra packaging and it was completely okay so I accepted the order. However, after I opened the package, the seal of the Samsung box was broken. After opening the box, the fit band and its accessories were missing from the box. I filed a complaint with Myntra on the very same day i.e **th of October and was told my complaint would be resolved by **th Oct. But the terrible customer care took more than * weeks to even respond to my complaint let alone resolve it. I kept calling daily and all I got was that the "team is investigating the issue. Please wait another ** hours."
And after * weeks, when I finally get a call back on *th November, they tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience but would not refund my money nor send a replacement product.

I've not only been cheated off my money but been dragged through almost * weeks and not given any proof of the investigation and its supposed results.
