Maxbhi Com Elcotek India Private Limited - Product manufacturer defect No Replacement
DEEPANSHU DUA filed complaint against Maxbhi Com Elcotek India Private Limited on May 11, 2020
I ordered a Samsung Black folder from the website Maxbhi and it was delivered on ** march and it has manufacturer defect and i asked for a replacement and after that the lockdown started and courier services were closed. so after the services resumes in may i asked to them for a replacement and now they are saying me that they are not liable for the product as the warranty period has completed.
I have not even used the product after the complain and i am a student i am using the broken mobile phone.
Now they are not answering to my calls and messages.
i have spent a lot of time for the replacement and they have given me not only financial loss but mental loss also.
