Gopi filed complaint against Symphony on Mar 31, 2026
I purchased a Symphony air cooler less than one month ago. Within just ** days of usage, the cooling honeycombs stopped working, and currently only the fan is functioning with no cooling
However, no technician has visited and no proper response has been provided so far.
This is clearly a defective product within the warranty period. I request immediate repair or replacement.
