Amul - Product is roten inside

I have purchaded amul proccessed cheese block just * days ago n have checked the expiry and manufacture date properly .. todday i open the pakkge to use few cubes * cube came out rotten so i trew away coz i cant used rotten cheese for my family food and open another one it also came out to be roten .. how can it be rotten when its still in the manufacture date ? I want to file proper complaint coz it compromise the hygine of my food n family n money is also being wasted
