I have ordered a product in *th of August. It showed the item will be delivered by **th of August. Then **th passed it showed **th, then **th,then **th,and last it showed **th. I called the customer service multiple times and they had only one reply "to wait for **-** hrs" and "we have sent your details to logistics". When I asked for refund they told to reject the order, then only they can refund. It s **th and till now I haven't received the order
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
