One Stop Shop - Product is not same what I purchased

I bought dress online on one stop shop on WhatsApp. It was prepaid deal I selected items and paid for the same, unfortunately the product I got today is not what I selected.when I complain about the product they said I am lying and I got parcel from some one else it's not there product.when I send the parcel opening video no body is giving any reply .I m feeling cheated.
