I already complainted this case in voxya all step pass but not resolved that's i am uploding this complaint second time. I am user of *** slots app i dont get money in the game account after a succesfully recharged for ****. The payment of **** to one stop shop was successfully processed **/**/****. I already complaint in npci. NPCI has responded that the complaint has been resolved, and the merchant has confirmed the delivery of goods and services. but not resolved the merchant is cheating npci also please help me
