Flipkart ekart - product is not delivered on two promised day and not allow to cancel it

I am Kanchan, a customer of flipkart , recently order a Voltas Ac on * june **** from Flipkart in this hot season, for my family to save from this hot weather. The product was reached and scanned at ekart logistic center hub of Gautam buddh Nagar on * June ****. Delivery was expected on * June ****. But Ekart logistic Team lost my product in hub, it is not out of delivery still now ** june **** *pm. I try to contact flipkart customer care many times but they are also unable to get any response from your logistics department. even ekart logistic team also cut my call and not picking. If any accident happens in my family due to this heat, who will be responsible for it. Ekart logistics team is working very irresponsibly day by day. This is not the first time this has happened to me. this company does this many times. Tracking Id : FMPP********** It is not available on flipkart app. Some different id is showing on flipkart. which is not working. I am still unable to cancel it.
It was very stressfull and wasting of time for me. so i want they should pay penalty for it, and improve their service.
