Flipkart ekart - Package not delivered

This package was supposed to be delivered on * th April **** , and they delayed it stating incomplete address . It's been * days past the delivery date and haven't delivered the package yet. When tracked it is showing dispatched to next hub but even after ** hours it hasn't reached the next hub eventhough these plac s are nearby
