OGeneral Brand Air Coditioner - Product is not delivered on committed address

Hi,
I recently purchased an O General Window Air conditioner *.*Ton * star from Vijay Sales Delhi-Preet Vihar Branch. While filling customer information I added My Firm name and GST number which is situated in Delhi. I asked the sales person and their manager, also the person filling in details on the billing counter, that will it be delivered in Noida and they said yes sir it will, Not once at least thrice i asked multiple people and they said yes.
Now they call me and say sir we can't ship to another city because your firm address is in Delhi. My issue is why they couldn't tell me earlier while making payment. At least then I would have taken the product along with me and saved my time and transportation cost. It is absolutely pathetic on Vijay sales that they don't care about customers anymore. Day by day customer experience is getting worse. Waiting for someone to come into the market with better alternatives to cater such a big population because certainly Vijay sales is not able to handle the workload and because of that customer experience is becoming worse.
