OGeneral Brand Air Coditioner - Defective piece

I have purchased an OGeneral window AC from Vijay Sales on **th May **** and after installation by company within a month, AC was not working as the compressor was tripping , showing error on display and not.cooling then we called the OGeneral area executive. They came, checked and said it is because of the Wooden Almirah behind AC else all is checked, we removed it but still the same error is coming and AC is not all working.
I understand I took long time to revert back but we have a proprietorship business and live far away hence come home only to sleep so didn't have enough energy or time to follow on this again and back.
Kindly look over it as we are sure that AC or its compressor is defective.
