Shadowfax courier - Product is not been picked up by the delivery agent

I have bought a product from meesho a planter stand order no-*************** the delivery agent called me I was not in town I said please do come tomorrow then he said I not available tomorrow. Please keep this parcel otherwise keep it on any shop I said that I don't know how can I give the product to anyone else then he said I am leaving this parcel here itself then, getting annoyed I said okay it after that you will be responsible for the product then he cut the call. Then about my previous order no- **************** which was fancy velvet top and plazzo set I have made an exchange for this product in which I was having size issue the request I made was on **th Feb and it was to be delivered on **th Feb but still it is not delivered to me due to the same delivery agent without calling me he's just sending the text message that I am not available., so, the exchange is cancelled this continues from **th Feb till now. Today I got a text again in morning that the return will be done but let's see what will happen. If I call him he just cut my call.The delivery agent name is G.Pathak with mobile no-**********.
So, I request you to please look around this matter because I am very much frustrated with this delivery agent. Again the text message I have from him that I am unable to contact. As I am pregnant so, I can't the handle the stress any more please look around this matter.
