The delivery boy took wrong parcel and he also didn't checked the parcel I ask him that is it the parcel that you came to take he said yes.
But now he said me that I have taken wrong parcel and you have to come and take it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
