Fire boltt - Product is missing in the package

The Courior Box was not available in the box , only upper box available in the box & the wishmaster was not checking the box and he said that you can give only the OTP
Actually I did not know that the check has to be done with the OTP & VERIFICATION as well.
I thought I just had to take the product
I didn't know about the rule in this
