I have ordered a watch (Luxe variant - Visionary Ultra, silver) from Fire Boltt company website on *th Sept, It got delivered on the *th sep. I have started using it on *th, after battery recharge as per the guide. Within a hour of usage, suddenly it got off automatically & it never started again. Checked with different chargers but device is found to be dead.
Suddenly I informed company via email, raised ticket.
They are not ready for replacement/return & refund. As per their website return policy applicable within *-** days but they are not ready & not responding.
I have several mails & call list, & ticket number which was raised for the same with all the invoice, product image etc.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
