Boult audio - Product is lost by delivery man

I raised an complaint so delivery man came so i hand over the product to him i said him to wait let me bring my phone so i can take video . I got inside to take my phone and after then he run away and after * week i git to know that they received wrong product the product i give was boult pro bass boost and it was headphone and the product they got was boult curve earphone. I don't know what got wrong but they are now accusing me that i didn't send them right product if they ask pickup man he will say that i give him headphones with the original box of them.
