ANIMESH KUMAR SINGH filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 31, 2018
after delivery of the product of mi tv and payment by
me on same day it has been ** days that installation is pending. i am
deeply troubled by this situation as there has been no reply to my mails
from past * days and call back is not being arranged by flipkart.
--i require compensation of this delay in tangible or intangible form.
--i want you to pinpoint the reason, intention and person/entity
responsible and update me with any actions you are taking against them.
--if i am the only one who is suffering because of buying this product then
it is just wrong.
--i want the suffering to be reflected to someone else because i am the
payer here.
--i want to see some visible action in this case otherwise this will be
case of utter exploitation of consumer by flipkart because i am dealing
with flipkart as you can see the reply by xiaomi in attachment.
--i have been requesting a call back from higher authorities from long. no
callback has been arranged till now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
