I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent orders and the lack of response from your support team.
I had already received one order and requested a return/exchange for the items. However, it has been more than *–* days since I placed the return request, and no one has come for pickup or exchange yet.
Additionally, I placed another prepaid order on * May for the “Hooded Solid Top & Mid Rise Pocket Wide Leg Trousers Set” (Size: XS). The order is still showing as “Processing” and has not been delivered yet. At the same time, the website status is confusing and not getting updated properly.
I have also tried contacting customer care multiple times through calls and messages, but I have not received any response from your team.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with:
An update on my return/exchange pickup
The correct status and delivery update for my prepaid order
A response from the support team regarding my complaint
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
