Littlebox india - Package not deliver

I placed an order from Littlebox on **/**/**** . The payment was successfully completed, but I have still not received my parcel.
The tracking status has been showing “Undelivered at Destination Hub” for several days and there has been no further update or delivery attempt.
I tried contacting the company/customer support, but I did not receive a proper response.
Order ID: #*******

Amount Paid: ₹****.**
I request immediate delivery of my parcel or a full refund of my payment.
I am attaching screenshots of the order confirmation and tracking details as proof.
