I booked for water purifier service and the person asked for replacements of all parts inside the purifier. I paid ****rs for repair while the MRP for buying new would have only costed me ****rs. Now again the same compliant is occurring in that purifier and since the warranty was only for *months UC is doing nothing. I trusted the person who told me everything was ok and now at a loss of ****rs.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
