Urban Company Chennai - Incomplete work

Have booked for AC service on **th Mar (Deep clean Service) but the work which done was incomplete and clumsy.. Again raised a complaint on **th Apr for which service person assigned on **th Apr but no use of the revisit as issue reoccurred within ** Days of revisit.. When I checked with urban company, they are asking me to book the new service which need to be paid.. Received a completely annoying and irresponsible answers from them.. No resolution has been given..
