I have ordered one boult Bluetooth earphone of rs. ****/- on **june****. Order received on **th june****. After unboxing, I found earphone was missing in the boult packet. Only received charging cable in the packet. Immediately I informed the myntra customer care. And also shared by mail the unboxing video, which clearly shows earphone was missing. After several call and mail to myntra customer care they declined my claim and refused to do either new product or money refund, despite of sharing the unboxing video. My order number is *******-*******-*******. Please help.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
