Dell India Pvt Limited - Product Found defective but denied for refund

I Purchased a Dell laptop on **-**-****. On the next day, the first problem of fan voice arise. I went to the authorized center which is more than ***km from my house and he resolved this issue After that the touchpad issue raises little but after *months later the problems big touchpad is not working so I call to authorize center he said that this part is change it charges around *k so I don't replace this part after * months the hinge is broke automatically then I know the service is provide by the company my products under warranty. After the company technician change hinge and working properly after *month I again registered a complaint for touchpad company change the touchpad but next day the problem. Arrise after **days I registered complain further for touchpad the company replace it but next day same problems arise next day I registered complain the technician come after **days and format the laptop after that so many problem arise
The window show black, if we play video the voice is correct but the picture is slow, touchpad problem arise as it is, and the fan problem also started the product is left *year *month warranty .

I talk to mail and customer care so many times but there is no satisfied response received. He always says I change this part the problem not arises but the new problem develop every time.
I asked for refund, replacement, senior grievance officer details but he denied to provide information
Please help me I am physical torture by the company
