Dell India Pvt Limited - Faulty product delivered

I bought Inspiron **,**** laptop from Dell India, online in August **.From day one it has touch pad issue, it was erratic and hanging,while with Dell online support portal,they told me it is not a hardware issue, around August ** I messaged Dell support to take laptop back, they sent me a link to test the hardware itself, in test there was no problem found in hardware.Else touchpad problem persisted and I started to use mouse and further did not complained.With barely another ** hour (in * month of time laptop use was seldom) of use it started giving problem of heating severely and in first week of November it went completely dead.Dell support insisting that it is a software problem and they gave online support to start it and over phone they first considered windows has crashed,they again tried through me to restore the system ,laptop again stuck and they told me that windows got corrupted and this problem usually comes,Dell support did not accepted in written and they sent me a link to reinstall the system through pen drive.Throgh pen drive, laptop did not loaded driver and again get blanked(yesterday).
I had already put a mail to Dell regarding non working & return of laptop as I did not spent *****/- for faulty product.I want to return it and want my money back.
