Flipkart - Product found defective - No Replacement No Refund

I have recently ordered "PLAY **** lumens Led Projector Full Hd Data Show TV Video Games Home Cinema Theater Video Projector Hd ****x****p with high **** : * Contrast **** lm Led Corded Portable Projector (Black) product" from Flipkart online shopping and order id (OD******************) for Rs **,***. I had received product on ** Feb **** and I inserted two new batteries into remote but found that remote is not working properly nor even product receiving IR signal from remote. I had raised Return and Replacement request on ** Feb ****, but at evening replacement order has been canceled from seller, after calling on there customer care number they had raised my replacement order again on ** Feb ****, but it also canceled from seller, along with that they also canceled my Return request, I have raised lot of request online and call on there customer care related to that, they took almost * days to find out possibility but still they are not got any resolution for same. Now Flipkart is not giving me refund nor even replacement of product. It's not a small amount for normal peoples. They are playing with our money and giving us defective product. I request you to solve my issue, i do not know how many peoples are facing such types of issues. Even you can see in attachment, i haven't return order and status shows Returned.
