I have ordered product of **** . They delivered on December **/****. I returned by stating size is too small for me .They sent a mail saying product failed quality check .i requested them through mail to re return my product.I tried to contact them through mails ,whatsapp,Instagram. But they blocked my id in Instagram and not responding in whtsapp and mails .This is so disappointing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
