Sewbery - Money is not being refunded

I purchased a dress from sewbery.com, thinking that it is such a nice dress. There were sizes from XS - *XL and being on the larger size, I bought the *XL. The sewbery shopping portal said that they would deliver the product within ** days, and I purchased it on the *rd of July, **** and it didn't come before the **th of July. I kept contacting the sewbery customer service which is horrible, the person speaks extremely rudely. They don't even have a proper phone number to contact! Which makes it easier for them not to reply to their customers. I told them I would not accept the dress and they said it was against their policy, I had a bad feeling about it already. The dress arrived after * month almost and my mother accepted it not knowing she didn't have to. And I tried it on, and obviously it looked hideous! It was the worst dress I've ever seen! I contacted them via email and they said they couldn't take it back on like/dislike basis and they are trying to 'protect the interests of their company' and that it was a customized dress even though it was already one of the sizes that could be chosen. The colour of the dress was also way off, and the person got angry when I pointed out the difference and said that I shouldn't question the talents of the tailors. The material was horrible inside and out. They have taken the dress back, since I raised the issue that the colour was majorly different and yet they say that it is not and they don't see any issue. And they can't do anything about it and won't give me a refund! I have lost Rs. **** and I require my money, I'm so distressed. Please help me out! The website is: www.sewbery.com
