I ordered for a "Stigen Solid Wood King Size Bed in Warm Chestnut Finish by Woodsworth" on *rd June ****. Order number Order No.*********. We were told that length of the bed is ** inches. However, actual length of the bed is ** inches.
After paying Rs***** we did not get right dimensions as explained by Pepperfry representative @ ***, *** Feet Road, **th Cross, *th Phase J.P. Nagar, Next to Nexa Showroom, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******.
Customer care is saying they cannot take grievances as * days have passed. We feel fault is with Pepperfry as the product does not match the dimension what we were explained and ordered. Also this kind of difference cannot be ascertained by naked eye. It can be noticed only when it is measured. Hence, we feel pepperfry showed a product that is not what it was supposed to be.
This has resulted in discomfort while using the product. Mentally it is a feeling of being cheated after paying hard earned money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
