The product what I returned was due to defect or first copy clothing but in recent time I had a very bad experience from Flipkart service.

*. I have ordered * quantity of Bombay shaving company face wash charcoal but * quantity was missing in the package and after repeated complain no action was taken from Flipkart.

*. The Sony Bluetooth speaker what I ordered was different as per the page and video display on the Flipkart i.e it was showing multiple colour lights and all over the speaker but the product what I received was having only * colour light and only in the centre.
And after complaining several times they have done nothing and blocked my account instead of asking the seller or looking into what is wrong. I need a refund for this and I am not gonna leave like this and definitely not going to order any expensive things from Flipkart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
