I have bought a Mivi Thunder Beats from Amazon On June **, ****, and it reached my home July *nd. Initially, they were working well. But on **th July, they Started showing Lights in the button Its multi-function button stopped working I have already mailed to the company named Mivi regarding this and generated my ticket No. also * times, which are (ticket ID) ****** and ****** I got these mails on **th July and **th july respectively. Since then I had not been contacted by anyone from the company. I had also called on the Mivi customer care no. . But It was not picked up by anyone. No one has not even called me back for answering my query.
Till dated no one has intimated me regarding my product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
