Myntra - Product delivered without price tag

I received this moda rapido product without brand tag or price tag but the myntra seal tag was intact. On return request the delivery agent refused to take the product back. On complaining they filed a ticket but denied the claim * days later stating that the quality check was done at warehouse. I faced similar issue before so i took photos and videos on arrival and after their claims of tags present at time of delivery, I told to exchange proof of evidence which they denied. So this is clearly a malpractice. I have the seal packaging, invoice and everything in place but dont have the price/brand tag since it was not even present which I assume is because they have sent me a moda rapido knock off as I have previously bought an original one from Lifestyle and it differs to gold and copper in comparison. And how come the seal tag be present when the price tag is absent? So basically they are trying to scam me into buying a cheap knock off with the price of original one and blaming it on me to have lost the seal? Would I be stupid enough to do such a thing when even a child today knows u must have the price tag intact in case the return is needed. I have every other packaging intact so why would I lose the price tag intentionally. The customer executive basically said nothing can be done and didnt even apologise. Is this the malpractice happening with everyone?
